I’m a California-licensed family law attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions. At Feinberg & Waller, I provide compassionate, thorough, and strategic representation across a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, division of property, and domestic violence.. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of California Law, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where I focused on family law both academically and through leadership roles. I served on the editorial team of Hastings Journal of Gender and the Law and held the position as Treasurer and External Vice President with the Family Law Student Association, which deepened my understanding of the complex legal and emotional issues families face. My advocacy experience also includes educating students on sexual harassment and assault prevention as part of a campus-based initiative.. During law school, I clerked for the Unified Family Court of the San Francisco Superior Court, where I worked closely with judges and legal staff. I drafted bench memoranda and tentative rulings, gaining valuable experience in courtroom processes and judicial decision-making. I also supported the Domestic Violence Unit, preparing motions and transcripts for critical hearings, a role that sharpened my attention to detail and client advocacy.. Beyond litigation, I’ve contributed to academic research exploring how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted families and legal processes, with a particular focus on intimate partner violence and access to justice.I hold a B.A. in Anthropology from San Francisco State University and studied internationally at Koç University in Istanbul, experiences that broadened my perspective and inform my client-centered approach..
