Tried over 27 Federal jury trials and 20 State jury trials to successful conclusions.. Started private practice in 1976 in Lake Ozark/Osage Beach Missouri area.. He has done extensive real estate work, both residential and commercial, including development of condominium projects.. He has done personal injury work since 1973.. Mr. Loraine has worked as a prosecutor and defense attorney since 1971.. Areas of Practice: Accident, Business Law, Catastrophic/Serious Injury, Criminal Law, Drunk Driving, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property, Investigations of Municipal Governments, Labor and Employment, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation.
