Mr. Collins has practiced in Indian River County since 1968 in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, financial institution transactions, and general business corporate matters.. He has also served as Municipal Judge for Indian River County from 1976 through 1981. He is past President of the Lion’s Club, the Real Property Council, and The Indian River County Bar Association.
