Daniel J. McKenna is a founding partner of LaMagna McKenna PLLC. Dan received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1998, and was admitted to practice law within the State of New York in February, 1999. Over the course of his career, Dan has gained valuable experience interning for a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, as well as working for larger firms and global corporate entities. He has gained valuable knowledge and experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions and other general civil litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases, achieving either verdict or settlement in favor of his clients, including a $4.00 Million Dollar settlement after a verdict on liability for a plaintiff in a construction accident. He has also successfully argued matters before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. In addition to his litigation experience, Dan has also gained over fourteen years of experience providing legal representation to small businesses, representing individuals and businesses buying and selling real estate, and aiding families planning their estates. Dan's commitment to his clients is exceeded only by his commitment to his family.. Outside the office, Dan is married and the father of three young boys. He himself is the youngest of six children. Family is indeed a priority to Dan. When he is not in court arguing a case, or at the closing table finalizing the deal, Dan is active in the community serving as coach of his sons' baseball, basketball and soccer teams.
