His dedication to public service led him to the Florida House of Representatives, where he worked on legislative initiatives for District 87. He later served as a felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired more than 30 jury trials and fought for victims in high-stakes felony, civil fatality, and juvenile cases.. Before launching his own firm, Justin practiced at a high-volume plaintiff’s firm and later at Schlesinger Law, where he focused on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation—including trucking accidents and traumatic brain injury claims. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida..
