Collett P. Small is the founder of the Elder Law Firm of Collett P. Small, P.A. She is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Elder Law. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.. Ms. Small is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. She serves on the Executive Council of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar as Chair Elect of the section. She also serves on the Florida Bar Diversity and Inclusion Standing Committee. She is on the Board of Directors for the Weston Bar Association. Ms. Small is past chairperson for both the Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Law School Liaison Committee for the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
