Mr. Levine also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida, where he tried over forty-five jury trials as lead counsel. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Levine handled cases ranging from armed robberies, drug trafficking cases, sexual batteries, and misdemeanor cases such as DUIs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1996, in the top eight percent of his class. While in law school, Mr. Levine served as the Technical Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law, and his academic accomplishments earned him both a scholarship and a listing in Who's Who Among American Law Students 1995 ed. Mr. Levine’s practice areas include: business and commercial litigation, criminal defense, family law, contract disputes, and personal injury litigation.
