Paul G. Finizio was born in Philadelphia, PA, on December 28, 1957. He was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 1984. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance/Business Administration from the University of Florida. He was a candidate for completion of the MBA Program at the University of Florida and serving an internship at Laventhol & Howarth, an international public accounting firm when he received admissions to Nova Southeastern University School of Law. At Nova, Paul was elected Student Body President and represented the school at the nation and International Conferences and ABA Conventions.. Paul is a member of The Florida Bar, The Broward County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, American bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Federal bar, Southern & Middle Districts of Florida. Paul’s years of legal practice have included the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, trying criminal felony matters; Shaffner & Shaffner, P.A., a general practice law firm and Parillo, Weiss & Moss, where he was an insurance defense trial attorney. Paul’s experience includes defending Safeway, State Farm, Coronet and Roanoke Insurance Companies.. A recognized public speaker, Paul has instructed over 1,000 students in Dale Carnegie Human Relations courses in Broward and Palm Beach Counties from 1985-1995. He has served as President of Toastmasters while maintaining memberships in Friends of the Library, Optimists Clubs and B.P.O Elks. Paul communicates in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.. Paul is a member of and regular speaker for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers of the Untied Kingdom, The International Bar Association, The Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury lawyers and the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association.
