Under Professor Wisotskyi’s guidance, Mr. Coder drafted numerous appellate briefs that were heard and argued in both the Third District Court of Appeal and Fourth District Court of Appeal. He also drafted a Habeas Brief in the Federal Court of Appeals for the Southern District.. Mr. Coder is fluent in Spanish and English.
