In that position, Mr. Gindin participated in the management of the Company’s business operations and supervised all domestic and international legal affairs of the Company, including legal, regulatory, human resources and compliance. Related to the NCO experience, Mr. Gindin has become a known expert in the debt collection industry, providing litigation strategy in defending consumer lawsuits and state and Federal regulatory actions; compliance assessments and strategy. Mr. Gindin received his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Temple University Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
