Mandy is a long-time member of the Alabama State Bar, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama.. Mandy is married to Danny Carter and they have one son, Michael.. She is active in her community and church, where she has worked in the preschool ministry for 25 years.
