In addition, she worked for a plaintiff’s firm representing clients in mass tort litigation, specifically in “forever chemicals” contamination lawsuits. This experience gives her a holistic approach to her defense process.. Emily earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Charleston School of Law where she graduated as a presidential honors scholar. While at law school, she served as an academic success fellow where she mentored first year law students, competed in several constitutional law competitions as a member of the Moot Court Board, and was a student member of the James L. Petigru Inn of Court. Emily also holds a M.B.A. and B.S., cum laude, in business from the University of Charleston in West Virginia.
