Mr. Garvey, a Partner with the Firm, focuses his practice on labor law and litigation. He is a graduate of Siena College and Boston College Law School and holds a L.L.M. in taxation from New York University. After graduating from law school, he served as a confidential law assistant to Hon. John T. Casey, New York State Supreme Court Justice. He is also former Counsel to the Lake Placid Olympic Organizing Committee.. Mr. Garvey has extensive experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation, public sector collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, education law and municipal law matters.
