I was a police officer and detective for 15 years before becoming a felony and DUI prosecutor.  For several years I prosecuted both felony offenses and misdemeanor and aggravated DUI's with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.. I have been practicing exclusively criminal and DUI defense for the last fifteen years.  During that time, I have successfully defended people charged with DUI, Aggravated DUI, marijuana and drug possession, marijuana and drug sales,domestic violence, robbery, burglary, sex offenses, weapons offenses, manslaughter and homicide.  I have negotiated favorable resolutions, have fought to have cases dismissed and have conducted a number of jury trials to successful outcomes..
