Mr. Behm began his career as an assistant district attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York in 1974. He then served as senior trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice Organized Crime and Racketeering Section in New York City from 1977 until 1987, where he prosecuted high profile criminal RICO, labor racketeering, tax evasion, narcotics trafficking, securities fraud, and official corruption cases. Since leaving the government he has worked both as a partner in large firms, serving as chairman of the litigation department of a major Phoenix firm, and as a solo practitioner. By engaging additional legal and support personnel when needed for a particular matter he combines the service capabilities and experience of a large firm with the efficiency of a solo attorney.
