I was raised in a family full of attorney's, but ultimatly followed in my fathers foot steps.  My dad being a criminal law specialist taught me to always fight for the under dog.  After practicing criminal defense these past twenty plus years I have learned not only how to defend my clients using every tool in the tool box but have learned its not just my clients that are hurt by the system but there families as well.  Our office helps our clients and their families navigate the system to get the best possible out comes.

I have been practicing Law for over 29 years throughout the entire state of Calfiornia, specifically in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.   My focus has been on consumer bankruptcy and commerical litigation for the past 30 years. In the last 20 years, my practice has increased in Estate Planning, specifically Trust preparation and Administration.  I am passionate about the law and my clients. I am a general litigator focusing on housing rights, and a partner in the firm Campbell & Farahani, LLP. Most of my firm's cases involve wrongful or fraudulent eviction, violation of local rent control ordinances, race, gender, age and disability discrimination, tenant harassment, or landlords who do not take care of their properties. My firm also handles cases involving wrongful acts by mobilehome park owners and managers against their tenants and homeowners. We also defend unlawful detainer (eviction) cases. We are particularly interested in housing rights cases that involve violations of the California and federal Constitutions.
