Kevin J. Breen has been in the private practice of law for 28 years after graduating from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1986, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the law of evidence and served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Alvin I. Krenzler, retired United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio in Cleveland..
