Daniel L. Draisen is a native of South Carolina, born in Greenville, SC, in 1972. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 1994 and obtained his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1997.. Mr. Draisen authored "The Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Their Relationship to Legal Malpractice Actions: A Practical Approach to the use of the Rules" for the Journal of the Legal Professional.
