Born Louisville, Kentucky, May 20, 1940; admitted to bar, 1970, Indiana; 1970, Michigan; also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Southern District of Indiana and Eastern District of Michigan. Preparatory education, Rockhurst College (B.S., Industrial Relations, 1962); legal education, Detroit College of Law (J.D., 1970). Mediator, 1993- . Town Court Judge, Edgewood, Indiana, 1978-1979. City Attorney, Anderson, Indiana, 1980-87; Assistant City Attorney, 2004-08, Anderson Redevelopment Commission Attorney, 1980-88 and 2004-. Criminal Magistrate, 1990-95. Deputy Prosecutor, Madison County, Indiana, 1995-00. Member: Madison County and Indiana State Bar Associations; Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association (President, 1986-87).. Practice Areas:
