Attorney Chuck Koehler has been a shareholder with the Herrling Clark Law Firm for over 25 years as Financial Chairman. From 2013-2014 he served as President and is now Vice-President of the Firm. Attorney Amber Gratz received her bachelor’s degrees, magna cum laude, in political science and international business.  She then went on to earn her J.D. from University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law.  While in law school, Amber served as the Supervising Editor of Articles for the Journal of Law and Education and was a member of the Wagner Moot Court Team that placed fifth in the nation after the first three preliminary rounds advancing to the competition’s playoffs.  Also during law school, Amber did a hands-on externship with the Louisville Legal Aid Society, where she was able to represent clients on their divorce and domestic abuse cases.  Through this externship she gained valuable experience in trial practice, as well as, family law.. At Fox River Law, LLC., Amber specializes in family law and criminal defense.  Amber, along with Attorney Amanda Skorr & Jason Farris provide knowledge and helpful advice when you are facing criminal charges or need help with a divorce or custody/placement matter.  Amber has handled a variety of criminal cases, from OWIs, and drug charges to felony and misdemeanor charges. She has also handled many family law cases where  parents are fighting for placement of their children.  Prior to joining Fox River Law, LLC., Amber began working at Pitsch Law Offices, LLC., where she handled numerous family law and criminal defense cases.. ara Micheletti practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, estate settlement and probate. She often serves as Personal Representative or Trustee on adversarial probate and trust matters and as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of individuals declared incompetent by the Court, elderly, disabled, minors and others needing representation. Prior to joining McCarty Law in 2023, she spent over 13 years practicing for a law firm in Appleton in the same area of practice. Sara is a member of the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council and is a past recipient of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce “Future 15 Young Professional Award.”. While Sara was in law school, she participated in the Mentor Externship program, Judicial Externship program in Hennepin County District Court, the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services Elder Law Practice Group, the Intramural Negotiations Competition, and had some spare time to clerk for an experienced criminal defense attorney.. Before law school, Sara attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison earning her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Political Science. While at Madison, Sara was a legal assistant for a business law attorney and studied abroad in London, England.

Andrew Rossmeissl joined the Herrling Clark Law Firm in July, 2005, and is currently a Shareholder. His practice includes a variety of matters, with a concentration in the areas of business, real estate, banking, municipal, litigation and transactions.

Amy joined Peterson, Berk & Cross, S.C., as an attorney in 2005. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Amy practices in the personal injury section. Amy has tried many cases to verdict in multiple areas of personal injury law, including automobile accidents, dog attacks, premises liability and medical malpractice. Amy has also handled numerous appellate matters, appearing in the Court of Appeals of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Amy has been selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyer publication of Milwaukee Magazine.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Amy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. While pursuing her law degree, she was an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review, the law school’s flagship publication. She also served as a research assistant to the dean of the law school, Joseph D. Kearney, where she conducted research on potential improvements to the Wisconsin Rules of Civil Procedure.. Prior to joining Hoff Law Offices as an attorney, Amy worked at the firm as a law clerk, assisting Attorney Daniel J. Hoff while gaining valuable experience in his practice areas. She also worked as a legal intern at the Outagamie County Corporation Counsel’s office, where she primarily researched how Wisconsin’s new statutes directly impacted the county’s daily operations.. Amy practices personal injury (car accidents, slip and fall etc.), family law (divorce, child support, child custody, paternity, spousal support), real estate, and bankruptcy.
