I am a trial lawyer, devoting 100% of my practice to litigation.  I practice in the areas of personal injury, including auto accidents, premises liability/slip and fall cases, dog bite/Animal Control Act cases, cases involving pharmacy mistakes, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, wrongful death cases, and appeals. I am a staunch advocate of client’s rights as victims of negligence in personal injury cases, and also of patient rights in the context of personal injury litigation.. I pride myself most in my relationships with my clients, and my persistence in fighting against the large insurance companies, corporations, and even physicians who attempt to take advantage of victims of personal injury. I care about my clients and their legal rights at a very personal level and spend a great deal of time with my clients from the beginning of their case through the end.. I was born in Decatur, Illinois. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Augustana College, with a concentration in Spanish, and my Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.. Alex Moskovic is a trial lawyer with over 31 years of experience. He also served as Of Counsel to the Greater O’Hare Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a regional chamber of over 500 businesses, where he served as the chamber’s attorney for over 9 years.. Alex Moskovic was born in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science, a minor in speech communication, and a concentration in Spanish. He was frequently on the Dean’s List. He was a member of the ISU Mock Trial Team and a Board member of the ISU Law Club. Mr. Moskovic earned his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he earned the highest grade in the full-time class for Legal Research and Writing, and Course Honors in several classes, including Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Pre-Trial Skills. Mr. Moskovic had the honor and privilege of working as a Law Clerk for a Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court – Fourth District, where he assisted the Justice in researching and writing legal opinions and presentations.  Two of these writings became published opinions.. Bar Admissions: Illinois, 1993; U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, 1993; U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit, 1997; U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois Federal Trial Bar through May of 2017; U.S. Supreme Court, 2002. Mr. Moskovic enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, exercising, playing chess, playing guitar and writing music.  As a former wrestler and athlete throughout his life, Mr. Moskovic also thoroughly enjoys coaching youth wresting and football in the community.  He firmly believes these hobbies and interests contribute to his creativity, attention to detail, and aggressive and strategic style of practicing law..
