I have been practicing law for 44 years. The scope of my practice has ranged from insurance defense and personal injury to commercial litigation, collections, to currently and for the past 25 years I have handled probate matters such as estates, conservatorships, guardianships, will contests, muniment of title and small estates. I have also handled real estate matters such as residential and commercial closings, foreclosures, tax sale matters which involve redemption , excess proceeds claims, and Quiet Title suits, evictions for landlords, boundary line/ easement disputes and other title claim matters. I also handle business disputes and have served as a mediator and arbitrator.. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.. Susan has over 22 years of experience in the practice of Family Law, including such areas as, divorce and separation, child custody, child support, adoptions, child abuse and neglect, juvenile court practice, paternity, dependency and neglect, and post-divorce modifications of parenting schedules, child support, alimony, Conservatorships and name changes.. Susan is a certified Rule 31 Mediator focusing primarily on assisting people resolve family law disputes, both divorce and post-divorce as well as other family law related disputes. Susan is also trained in collaborative family law.. Shea and together, the two founded Shea, Moskovitz, & McGhee. For nearly three decades now, Mitch has practiced exclusively in the area of domestic relations and, as a result thereof, has acquired significant experience and knowledge of the law as it relates to divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, termination of parental rights, adoption, paternity and parentage, and juvenile court matters.
