I never promise anything to my clients other than the fact that I will wake up and work as hard as I can for them every day until there is a resolution in their case. Every moment I am working for my clients, I know that I carry the burden, not only of their hopes, but also those of their mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, children, neighbors and so forth. I take this burden seriously enough never to make promises I cannot keep to those people.
