In that case, the Plaintiff alleged the Defendant, a 28 year old military veteran, ran her and her husband off the road, causing serious injuries to both husband and wife. The Defendant, who was represented by a large national defense firm, claimed the Plaintiffs came into his lane. After a three day trial, the jury found for the Plaintiffs and awarded a total award of $3,290, (inclusive of attorney's fees)..
