Thomas Moore is an experienced litigator with Lehmbecker Law, representing clients in workers' compensation and personal injury matters. Before joining Lehmbecker Law in 2018, Thomas had experience litigating personal injury and commercial litigation and was previously a trial attorney for the Ada County Public Defender’s Office in Boise, Idaho. As a litigator with over 15 years' experience, he has represented countless clients on cases from their inception and has served as lead counsel on numerous jury trials. Tom began his legal career as the staff attorney to the Utah Governor’s Office. There, Tom worked closely with the Division of Criminal & Juvenile Justice on judicial nominations and legislative policy. He also personally advised the governor, his cabinet, and his staff on matters of complex legislation, litigation and employment issues. Prior to earning his law degree at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Tom served as a judicial intern to Justice Ronald Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court.

I am a Pacific Northwest native. I graduated from the University of Washington in 1983 and the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1986. Upon graduation, I decided I wanted to serve the people with whom I grew up, so I moved back to the Seattle area and began a general law practice which provided a variety of legal services such as family law, estate planning, small business consulting, and workers’ compensation. However, I soon realized that the work I found most compelling was representing the injured, who were often in desperate need of assistance to rebuild their lives after suffering a career or life-altering injury.. In 1990, I changed my practice to solely represent the injured. The firm I founded has now grown to include three attorneys and 15 paralegals and office staff. Eight members of my team are also bilingual in Spanish. Our firm provides legal services to clients who have suffered injuries, either in an auto accident or other personal injury, or while on the job. We also now offer services to help people with social security disability benefits.. Elizabeth has an extensive law background with expertise in numerous areas including worker’s compensation, personal injury and ERISA, plus additional experience from the corporate world. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Elizabeth worked for nearly a decade at the nation’s largest home improvement retailer, rising from entry level to management positions at a divisional corporate office of the company.. Elizabeth has successfully handled hundreds of cases, working closely with her clients to adjust the balance of power in the legal system - becoming a strong ally of injured workers - and making sure their voices are heard. She is the past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee and works with the Department of Labor and Industries. During legislative sessions she can be found in Olympia lobbying for injured workers and those injured as a result of the negligence of third parties.. Elizabeth is actively involved with the Washington State Association of Justice and has been on the Board of Governors since 2009.  She has sat on the Legislative Steering Committee since 2008.  She has also served as Co-Chair the Women of WSAJ section, also known as WOW.. Charlotte is the Managing Attorney and Founding Member of Javelin Law. She excels at advocating for employers on workers' compensation and employment law issues. She has extensive experience with representation at the Department, Board and Superior Court levels on workers' compensation matters. For employment law matters, she has experience at the administrative level with discrimination claims, and experience drafting forms, policies, procedures and handbooks. Chad Beck joined Lehmbecker Law in July 2014 and since that time has practiced workers’ compensation law exclusively. Chad began his practice of law in Ohio in 2006 and since that time has dedicated the entirety of his practice to advocating for the rights of people suffering from physical and/or mental disabilities.. Chad has represented disabled individuals at over 1,500 Social Security disability hearings in Ohio, Washington, and multiple other places across the country.  He also has extensive experience representing Social Security disability claimants in appeals before the Appeals Council and in United States District Court.  Given this dedication and experienced representation, Chad has proven himself to be a very strong advocate for the rights of the injured and disabled.. Chad is a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduated Cum Laude with Departmental Honors in Psychology. Chad is admitted to practice law in three different jurisdictions, including Washington, Ohio, and the District of his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, billiards and basketball, and hiking with his golden retriever Henry.
