He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1992 and to the Tennessee State Bar in March 1994. Mr. Powell has also been admitted to the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Powell's primary areas of focus have been in the field of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, SSI and claims for Personal Injuries.
