Mr. LaKritz has, for many years, been a member of both the American Association for Justice and the Michigan Association for Justice and has been a featured speaker at various seminars devoted to his areas of interest. He is also a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Mr. LaKritz is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and the State of Arizona and has affiliations with personal injury Law Firms in many states, including the State of Florida. Mr. LaKritz is a member of the Detroit, Oakland and Macomb County Bar Associations in addition to the Federal Bar Association. Also, he is among a small number of attorneys who have been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

After twelve years as an assistant prosecutor with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, the last seven years working as a Major Crimes Prosecutor, I left the office and went into private practice.  I spent two years running my own firm, law Offices of Mark S. Bilkovic, and from 2006-2011, I worked at Fried Saperstein Abbatt in Southfield where I was the head of the criminal litagation section.. In May of 2011, I along with Deanna Kelley, Steven Vitale and Doraid Markus, formed the firm Kelley Bilkovic Markus Vitale.   My firm concentrates primarily in the area of criminal defense and we practice throughout Michigan.  Our firm has established an excellent representation as tough negotiators outside the courtroom and tenacious litigators in the courtroom.  We offer free consultations and with over 70 years of combined experince, we can handle any criminal case that comes our way.
