Sara MacWilliams is an experienced attorney specializing in business disputes over $25,000 (contract, shareholder, and business tort issues such as fraud, tortious interference, defamation, and violation of non-compete commitments) as well as real estate issues including receivership, purchase agreement and lease negotiation and disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and inter-owner disputes.
