Kate grew up in the Detroit area.  She moved to Chicago, Illinois for her undergrad at Loyola University Chicago.  While in Chicago, Kate interned for Senator Mark Kirk and clerked at an insurance defense firm downtown.. From there, she headed north to attend Marquette University Law School.  Through her law school career, she took very diverse classes specializing in family and criminal matters.  Kate took a very in depth seminar in Guardian ad Litem, confirming her knowledge of the process.  She is very well versed in Family and Criminal law in Wisconsin and has worked in such since she graduated from Marquette University Law School.. I have been practicing law since my graduation from Marquette U Law School in 1976. I started my own plaintiff personal injury firm in 1985. Educating clients on their options surrounding their legal matters is an important part of my service to clients. Choosing a method to proceed is also an important discussion with clients. This includes alternative dispute resolution such as divorce mediation and collaborative law, both of which I greatly enjoy. Clients appreciate the creative solutions that come from such alternative approaches and which generally benefit both parties. Crivello, Robert D.  Born Milwaukee, Wisconsin, June 16, 1976.  Mr. Crivello graduated cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 1999 with a BA in Journalism and a minor in Government.  He then went on to Marquette University Law School where he earned his JD with honors (cum laude, top 8% of class) in 2003.  During law school Mr. Crivello was an Associate Justice for the moot court program and a research assistant for Professor Daniel D. Blinka.  He also clerked for the Law Offices of Henry G. Amy was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UW-Whitewater and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. Over the last number of years Amy found her niche and focused her practice on helping families and children. Amy previously ran her own successful solo practice in Ohio largely working in the areas of criminal and juvenile law (CHIPS and Juvenile Delinquency), and frequently served as a guardian ad litem in both juvenile and family court where she represented the children's best interests. She later joined a small general practice firm where she practiced in a variety of areas including estate planning, family, criminal and juvenile delinquency, CHIPS, and guardian ad litem cases.
