Laura is a native of Dubuque, Iowa, and has been practicing law in the Cedar Valley since 2005, with a voluntary hiatus to stay home with her three young children. Prior to joining the legal team at Trent Law Firm, PLLC, Laura was employed as a General Practice Civil Litigation Associate Attorney at Gallagher, Langlas & Gallagher, P.C. and worked more recently as a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney at Beecher, Field, Walker Morris Hoffman and Johnson, P.C., both located in Waterloo, Iowa.Laura graduated summa cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish.
