Prior to forming the Law Office of Robert W. Harrell, III L.L.C., Trey Harrell was an associate at a prominent law firm, where his practiced focused on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury.  Additionally, Trey has courtroom experience as an assistant solicitor for the First Judicial Circuit and a former Law Clerk to the Honorable JC Nicholson, Jr.. Trey is a third generation Charlestonian and his roots in the community run deep.  He is the grandson of Commissioner Robert W. “Bob” Harrell, Sr., former SCDOT Highway Commissioner, and the son of Speaker Robert W.  “Bobby” Harrell, Jr., former Speaker of the South Carolina House of Representatives.. Trey and his wife, Amber, live in Mt. Pleasant with their baby girl, Lucy.  When he is not working with clients, he enjoys taking his wife to dinner, being out on the water and rooting for his Gamecocks.
