Jennifer C. Jaime grew up in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1998 and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 2001. While in law school, Jaime was chosen as a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team, where she served on the Executive Committee. She was also selected by her colleagues and teammates as a member of the Order of the Barristers, a National Moot Court Honor Society. She was also selected as a member of Florida Blue Key and the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council.. Jaime is dually licensed in Florida and Minnesota. In 2004, Jaime joined the multi-state civil defense litigation firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Coleman & Goggin where she practiced commercial and civil litigation in the firm’s Tampa office. She later joined the law firm Golden, Scaz, & Gagain in Tampa where she continued her civil litigation practice. In 2013, Jaime shifted her practice to marital and family law as she enjoys the diversity of challenges inherent in family law cases, as well as helping and supporting individuals through the most difficult and challenging time in their lives.. I am in my own Solo Private Law practice.. Have extensive experience in  Criminal Law, and Family Law.. I have experience outside my Legal Practice as well.  I am well rounded. This has given me insight in working with different people outside my chosen legal field.. From 1998 to 2005 , I took a hiatus from the practice of law to teach Elementary Physical Education in Pinellas County , Florida. I also worked extensively for the US Census in 2010 as an enumerator, Office Manager in Recruiting, Crew Leader, and finally Field Operation Supervisor for the entire South Tampa Area for Nonresponsive Followup, a position of great responsibility. I had 8 crew leaders and 80+ enumerators under me. I had a huge role in the success of the 2010 Census in the Tampa Area.
