Originally from Iowa, I have found my new home in the Tampa Bay area.  After graduating college, I postponed my legal career by answering the call to serve my country by enlisting in the Army Reserves.  My time as an officer in the United States Army Reserves has instilled many valuable qualities upon me that transfer into the courtroom, including leadership, confidence, and assertiveness.. John Mulvihill started his legal career as a Prosecutor at the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office. John used this time to develop his courtroom skills by completing over twenty jury trials along with numerous bench trials and evidentiary hearings.
