My practice focuses primarily on civil litigation.  I was born in Atlantic , Iowa, and received my B. A. with distinction in Spanish from Iowa State University in 2002.  I then returned to Atlantic after undergraduate studies and taught Spanish at the high school level for six years.  I decided to switch careers and was admitted to Creighton University School of Law in 2008.  I received my Juris Doctor in 2011 and served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company for over three years.  In 2015, I entered private practice and continue to repesent clients in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, insurance law, commercial law, and family law.

Kale grew up in the Council Bluffs area and attended Treynor Community Schools where his mom has taught for the past 25+ years. He grew up watching his dad, Scott, a partner at Peters Law Firm, help clients. This combination of close personal ties with the Southwest Iowa area and the potential to have a meaningful impact on those within it led Kale to pursue his own career as an attorney. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University, Kale attended Creighton University School of Law for his juris doctorate..
