Mr. Wooten is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, Missouri and Texas and is currently a member of the Tennessee, Missouri and Texas State Bar Associations and the Memphis Bar Association, including the sections of Employment and Labor Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, of which he is a member of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Wooten is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Missouri and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.Additionally, Mr. Wooten is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Certified Civil and Family Law Mediator.  During his time at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mr. Wooten worked in the Mediation Clinic and successfully mediated numerous cases in a variety of legal areas.  Mr. Wooten has personally participated in mediation and represented many clients in mediations.
