Then, I went into the land development and home construction business. I was a licensed general contractor and owned my own construction company, Premier Homes of Crossville, Inc. Built over 200 residential projects and developed three subdivisions in Hendersonville and Crossville. Was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Graduate Builder and a Graduate Master Builder. In 2002, I was honored to be the President of the Home Builders Association of Cumberland County.. In 2008, I returned to the practice of law focusing on construction related issues. I represent home owners, builders, sub-contractors, material suppliers and others connected to the construction industry. I handle litigation of construction contract and defect cases. In 2007, I was certified by Construction Dispute Resolution Services, LLC of New Mexico in mediation and arbitration of construction disputes..
