Patrick J. Douglas R. Ferguson received two B.S. majors in Business Finance and Business Marketing from the University of Utah in 1975. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1981, where he was the recipient of the University of Denver’s Award of Excellence in Securities Regulations.
