In addition, Mr. Russell's practice includes commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, and has represented clients in arbitration, mediation and regulatory matters. Mr. Russell has provided representation to a diverse group of private and public companies and individuals.. In 1985 and 1986, Mr. Russell was a part-time Instructor of Law at the College of Law, University of Denver. During 1975-76, Mr. Russell was a part-time Instructor of Accounting at Metropolitan State College located in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Russell is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney.
