I graduated from the University of Illinois Law School and has been a lawyer for over 42 years. My practice consists of representing clients who have been killed or injured as the result of automobile/truck/motorcycle/pedestrian collisions, sexual assaults, injuries on premises, or as a result of on-the-job incidents. After graduation from law school, I was a personal injury attorney in Chicago for five years before moving to western Washington. In 1988, I began working with the Kadish Twersky Law Firm, which is now known as Glenn W. Kadish Law Firm, but I still work with Jeff Twersky. I am married to a lawyer, have two pretty good stepsons, one who is a professional photographer, who just had a baby, and one who just happens to be an astrophysicist and has three kids.. LeValley received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, where he was a member of the Law Review, participated in many writing, trial, and appellate competitions, and was a competitor in the National Moot Court Competition. Dylan's prior professional work has included advocating for an expanded right to counsel for indigent civil litigants, representing criminal defendants in court for the Snohomish County Public Defender Association, and authoring a published article about liability arising from self-driving vehicles.. Before becoming a lawyer, Dylan was deeply involved in the northwest marine industry, both working as a marine services technicaion and for the Northwest Marine Trade Association. Dylan's love for the water inspired him to form an adventure racing team that, in 2006, rowed across the North Atlantic Ocean, setting several world records.. David grew up in Nebraska, where he completed his undergraduate and then law school studies. David started his legal career handling a wide range of practice areas across Nebraska, from litigation to estate planning. David transitioned to a Seattle firm and began exclusively practicing family law throughout Western Washington.
