Thomas Odom is a third generation attorney and joined his father and grandfather at the Odom Law Firm in the Spring of 2017. For over thirty years, the Odom Law Firm has concentrated on personal injury representation. Thomas has expanded the practice to include both domestic and criminal law matters. Graduating as a Student Athlete from Northeastern State in 2008 and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December of 2014, Ben passed the Arkansas BAR exam and went to work for the Washington County Public Defender's Office. During his time there, he handled thousands of cases and gained immense trial experience. He was then selected by one of the largest criminal firms in Northwest Arkansas due to his ability to take cases to trial, negotiate the best deals possible and keep his clients out of jail. While at this firm, he increased his knowledge of DWI defense, Traffic Violations and Trial skills. After a year, Ben decided to open his own firm, founded on his criminal experience- he now offers a personal defense experience and other services to help as many people as possible.
