I grew up in Eastern Washington (Yakima) and graduated from Washington State University in Pullman. I came to Tacoma to attend law school at the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law) and never left the area. I have been helping people with their legal and financial problems for over 25 years as an attorney in Federal Way. We have opened up satellite offices around the Puget Sound Region (Marysville, Edmonds, Tukwila, Tacoma and Bremerton) to be more accessible. Legal assistance should not be limited to the weathy. I am the lucky husband of an incredible woman and the proud father of two awesome daughters.  I love my Seahawks and smoking meat on my Traeger.  I also love the work that I get to do to help elderly clients plan for their needs, especially those who find themselves facing medical crises for themselves or their loved ones.  It is very rewarding to help a couple get Medicaid benefits without becoming destitute in the process.. Before turning to law, I spent 14 years working in early childhood education, including several years teaching Special Education.  Those years taught me a lot about patience, honesty, and unconditional love for those I serve.  I love the fact that most of my elderly clients have the same unabashed honesty and straightforward way of thinking that I enjoyed so much in my students..
