Plummer  graduated with distinction and in the top ten percent of his class from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001 and was the Chief Comment Editor of the McGeorge Law Review.

Erik E. Child is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried numerous cases to verdict since 1999, with one loss that is currently being appealed. He loves his clients and the courtroom. He has practiced in California, Utah, Nevada and Washington states (pro hoc vitae), both in State, Federal, and appellate courts. He is graduate of Brigham Young University and achieved his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1998. He is happily married with nine children, and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, music and family.
