In 1996, Mr. Rosen graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University, where he was Treasurer of Sigma Alpha Mu. He then received his J.D. in 1999 from Brooklyn Law School, contributed to the Journal of International Law and Policy and was selected as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Rosen has been recognized by the South Florida Edition of Florida Super Lawyers as one of South Florida's Rising Stars in 2009.

I am very committed to your legal rights, and my community.  I currently serve on the City of Oakland Park's Planning and Zoning board as vice chair, and I have served on numerous boards including the Los Angeles Women Lawyers Association, the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks, Recreation and Beaches Advisory Board, the GLCC Board of Directors, the Etz Chaim Board of Directors, Women in Network Board of Directors, the Broward County Human Rights Board, and twice served as Chair of Americans for Equality, PAC.  I was an elected delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1996, and an elected Precinct Committeewoman for the Broward County Democratic Executive Committee.

David was born in St. Thomas, USVI but moved to Miami before his second birthday. After spending the next 8 years in South Miami, David moved to Fort Lauderdale and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. After high school, David attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where he earned a degree in Psychology. David returned to South Florida and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law School.. David and his wife, Calla have two children, Cooper and Holden.. David's hobbies include fishing, diving and spending time with his family.. David currently sits on the Board of Trustees at Saint Mark’s Episcopal School, Islamorada Fishing and Conservation Trust, Brian Piccolo Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame. David is also on the Steering Committee of the Annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of Broward.
