In addition to his litigation practice, Cole draws on his business acumen to assist clients with their general corporate needs. This often means preparing legal documents to match his clients’ business strategies, whether organizing a company for a new venture, drafting a critical contract on short notice or advising a company on an acquisition.. While he is based in Nashville, Cole has served as counsel to clients in courts and arbitration forums throughout Tennessee and across the country, including Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New Hampshire, New York, South Carolina and Texas.
