Ms. Lynch received the Fresno County Women Lawyers’ Pauline Hanson Award in 2004, for extraordinary service to the community, the legal profession, and particularly to the advancement of women and for professional excellence.  In 2005, Ms. Lynch received the Fresno County Young Lawyers’ Judge Blaine Pettitt Mentor award, and in 2006, she received the Marjaree Mason Center’s “Top Ten Business Professional Women of the Year” award. In October of 2011 and 2014, Ms. Lynch was recognized by Central California Legal Services with the State Bar of California, Board of Governors Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services for voluntary provision of legal services to the poor. On May 21, 2014, the Better Business Bureau of Central California and Inland Empire honored Karen L. Lynch, Inc. A Profession Law Corporation with the 8th Annual 2014 Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence,  as an outstanding small local for-profit business that has demonstrated a commitment to the highest ethical standards a business can have, both in operations and in terms of integrity, reliability and responsiveness to employees, vendors and customers which is the first time a law firm has been recognized. On Law Day May 1, 2015, Ms. Lynch was recognized by the Fresno County Bar Association, Pro Bono Services Section, as Attorney of the Year for her superior leadership, dedication and commitment to increase access to justice.

Jody L. Winter is the Principal Attorney and CEO at the professional corporation of Lloyd Winter in Fresno, California. Lloyd Winter is a civil litigation firm practicing breach of contract, fraud and real property litigation lawyer, mediation, and arbitration of disputes in state and federal courts. At the firm, Jody is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management including marketing, client intake, representation in court, case management, and point of contact, COA and HOA assistance, information and regulation in Visalia and Fresno. Prior to Lloyd Winter, P.C., Jody was with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard and Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial cases and real property litigation including eminent domain and CEQA, appeals, and probate litigation with different corporate clients. Jody has published a constitutional litigation opinion with David Gilmore in Tosi et al v. County of Fresno 161 799. On a personal note, Jody has served as the Campus Coordinator/Volunteer for the Well Community Church in Fresno. He lead teams which were responsible for planning, recruiting, implementation and supervision of small group ministry church-wide, and at the Fig Garden campus. He is also the Founder of the Christian Legal Society in Fresno, creating a local chapter of the national organization of Christian attorneys to foster camaraderie and fellowship between local Christian attorneys.

Jason was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He left in 2002 to embark on a ten-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard. Working as a Flight Mechanic on H-65 helicopters, Jason was continually engaged in various missions from search and rescue to homeland security patrols. Most notably, in 2006, Jason worked as an integral part of a four-man crew that rescued a husband and wife who became stranded on a remote and uninhabited island, in the Caribbean. And in 2010, Jason was deployed to New Orleans to assist in the largest U.S. environmental disaster that resulted from an explosion on the oil rig, Deepwater Horizon, in the Gulf of Mexico.. Implementing his unique military experiences, Jason obtained his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law, in Clovis, California, where he was recognized by the Witkin Legal Institute for graduating at the top of his class in criminal law. Immediately after graduating from law school, Jason completed the California State Bar Examination and was licensed to practice law in California.. Based on his academic performance, Jason was offered his first associate attorney position; practicing criminal and family law. Shortly thereafter, Jason realized his passion for criminal law while assisting in his first criminal trial for attempted murder. He witnessed the importance of criminal defense when the jurors returned the verdict of not guilty.. So, Jason immediately joined the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office. And, in his first trial as a public defender, he obtained an acquittal for the charge of vehicular manslaughter. Since then, Jason has continued to excel in the area of criminal defense. Now, after founding the Law Office of Jason L. Trupkin, he continues to zealously represent his clients who have become entangled with the criminal justice system and emphasizes compassion and patience as he guides them through some of the most stressful times of their lives.
