Michael Pellegrin graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University and received his law degree from American University's Washington College of Law (WCL) in Washington, D.C. in 2009.  During law school, he prepared for a client-centered law practice by serving clients through his work in WCL's Criminal Justice Clinic, at the Public Defender's Office in Rockville, MD, and at the Public Defender's Office in Alexandria, VA.  He passed the bar in Tennessee in 2009.  Prior to returning to Tennessee in 2013, he operated his own law office in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on juvenile and criminal defense.

I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee where I attended Hume Fogg High School. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi. Upon graduating college, I attended and graduated from The Nashville School of Law. After receiveing my Docorate of Jurisprudence, I was admitted to practice law later the same year.. Since beginning practice, I have focused primarily on family law (divorce, child custody, child support). As a lawyer, I desire to provide my clients with effective advocay so that they may be successful during their case, and after their case is finished. I also use my role as legal counsel to educate my clients on the legal process and to provide advice that it is consistent with the realities of the case and the current law.. When I am away from the office, I enjoy making memories with my family and friends.

Chad Michael Ross is the founding member of Premier Legal Group. Attorney Lindsey Ralston was born and raised in middle Tennessee, and she graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2011.  While in law school, she worked as a legal assistant for a large Nashville firm, was a member of the NSL Legal Society, and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.  Lindsey has  previously worked for several large law firms, and has represented thousands of clients in numerous areas of the law.  Lindsey created The Ralston Firm, as she envisioned a  smaller boutique style  law practice, with a welcoming environment, and a strong focus on direct communication between clients and attorneys; understanding that no two clients/ cases are the same.
