He is also the author of “New Cars and UCC Section 2-608: Your Client Isn’t Stuck with a Lemon.” He has been Guest Adjunct Law Professor at Fordham School of Law.  Also, a frequent lecturer at Baruch College Graduate Business school 2012 – present.. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and earned his J.D. at Boston College.
