While working full time for the Division of Criminal Justice as an investigator he attended Rutgers Law School in the evenings.. After graduationg law school he began his legal career as a Prosecutor working in the capacity as a Deputy Attorney General for the NJ Division of Criminal Justice prosecuting complex criminal cases.  He then begain practicing at a small boutique law firm where he started focusing on criminal and DWI defense.  There he handled thousands of cases involving motions, pleas, trials and appeals..
