Extensive experience in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development and sales, establishment of residential subdivisions, commercial and residential closings, and dispute resolution. Other background experience includes complex trial practice, comprising of client consultations, research, discovery, drafting of pleadings, settlement negotiations and state court representation. Ted was raised in Polk County and is a 1973 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. He returned to Polk County in 1973 to work with the State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit as a prosecutor. In 1975, he began private practice in Haines City, Florida. Mr. Lasseigne moved to his present location and opened his law firm, Ted A. Lasseigne, P.A. in 1992.
