Huntsville native attorney. Prior Huntsville Police Officer and Detention Officer. I bring a different prospective to your case.
Having grown up the son of devout educators in rural Madison County, Gary has never forgotten the simple yet enduring lessons of faith, integrity and hard work. As an all-county athlete and avid outdoorsman, he built lifelong friendships and associations with the kinds of people that make up the backbone of our country. However, he also saw how quickly those salt-of-the-earth people can be taken advantage of by large, faceless corporate entities. It was a deep calling to defend the rights of his friends and neighbors that became the motivating force behind Gary's desire to go to law school. Working his way through law school allowed Gary to interact with experienced lawyers and judges while going to school to earn his degree. He honed his courtroom skills amongst some of the greatest litigators in Alabama's history.. To this day, Gary believes the relationship with his clients is one of hallowed privilege within which trust, comfort and mutuality must be established as the structures of success. Once that bridge is constructed, the experience and dignity he brings to your case inspires the confidence that only an attorney of his caliber can offer.
Growing up in Madison County, I was taught about hard work, to stand up for your beliefs, and to treat people fairly. It is these values that drive me as an attorney. You will be treated fairly and have someone to stand up for you. Whether you are a first time offender, a stay at home mom, a devoted dad, or a person with a previous criminal record, I want to meet with you about your case. Even if you are not sure you need an attorney, I am still happy to siit down with you. At our first meeting, I will get to know you as a person and about the problem you are facing. If I can give you advice that will allow you to resolve your case without spending any money, I will do that for you. Unfortunately, not all cases are that easy and some require an attorney going forward. If your case requires an attorney, it will cost money, but I offer payment plans and reasonable prices for my work.
FOR THE ACCUSED!!!!. I have 30 years of experience in the criminal justice system, having worked for the Madison County Sheriff's Department for 8 years and as a county probation officer for 17 years. My unique background in the criminal justice system give me the ability to understand the stresses that you and your family face when charged with a criminal offense and I will take the time necessary to fully explain your options and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.. ***No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quailty of the legal services performed by other lawyers.***

At just 29 years old, Taylor Rouse achieved a remarkable milestone by arguing before the Supreme Court of the United States—an honor that only a select few attorneys experience in their careers. In the landmark case Thacker v. Tennessee Valley Authority, the Court unanimously ruled in Taylor’s favor with a 9-0 decision. This victory not only granted his client the opportunity to pursue compensation for personal injuries but also redefined the tort liability of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), a federally chartered corporation supplying electricity to millions of Americans. The ruling has far-reaching implications, safeguarding the lives and safety of citizens across the seven states where the TVA operates and reshaping the legal landscape for governmental entities engaged in commercial activities.. This case exemplifies Taylor’s dedication, perseverance, and unwavering belief that victims of personal injury and families affected by wrongful death deserve their day in court—even against the most formidable and resourceful opponents. Taylor’s creativity and tenacity ensure that ordinary people have a powerful advocate for their rights.. A Huntsville native, Taylor returned to his hometown after earning his degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. Since then, he has been steadfast in his commitment to serving the people of North Alabama. Taylor has successfully handled a wide range of cases, including car accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, premises liability claims, property damage disputes, insurance litigation, defective product cases, commercial litigation, contract breaches, and workplace injuries.. Contact Taylor today to schedule a consultation and receive experienced legal guidance.
As a former college football player I enjoy watching and playing sports. I think my athletic background makes me a better lawyer and gives me an edge over my counterparts. Like off season workouts and practices - hard work outside the courtroom almost always results in a good result inside the courtroom. Outside of the practice of law I enjoy spending time with friends, my wife and my son.

Andrea began her law school journey at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and six weeks prior to her first set of law school exams, her mother passed away. Andrea doesn't give up though, she keeps pushing forward. Although her mother did not make it, Andrea kept her promise. She transferred to Mississippi College School of Law and she graduated with honors (cum laude). Andrea found the love of her life while in law school, and moved to Alabama after graduation to study for the bar exam.. Andrea sat for the July 2019 bar exam and passed. Her consisitent comment when discussing this, is that her mom is the reason, her mom although in heaven, continues to take care of her. Andrea practiced criminal defense and domestic relations law in Mobile County until April of 2020 when she relocated to Huntsville, Alabama. Andrea practices criminal defense, domestic relations, child custody, and estate planning law in Huntsville, Alabama.. Andrea is consistently giving back any way she can to the community.. The same strive, dedication, perservance, hard work, and determination she has shown throughout her Naval career, and her law school journey, she continues in each case. She will fight hard for you and is more than just a lawyer, she is an advocate and more importantly a friend to each and every client she has. If you need help, call Andrea. She returns calls, emails, and texts as soon as they are received. Although her client reviews both on Avvo and Google speak for themselves, Andrea is compassionate, she is always there, and she will always take your calls. When you hire her, your issues become hers, you are able to rest easy because she will carry the worry for you and she always gives her best to achieve the best outcome possible.
